Account information: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp/Viber contact detail, and organization name, collected when your account is set up.

Business data you enter into BuildTrack: project names, client names, locations, budgets, materials, expenses, work logs, BOQ/estimating data, and any other information you input while using the platform.

Contact requests: if you submit a request to subscribe, renew, or contact us through the app, we collect your preferred contact method and message.

We do not collect payment card information directly — payments are currently arranged manually (e.g., GCash, bank transfer) outside the app.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Operate and maintain your BuildTrack account
• Provide the features you use (project tracking, budgeting, materials, scheduling, estimating)
• Respond to support requests and contact submissions
• Send you service-related communications (e.g., trial/subscription status)

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

BuildTrack is built on a multi-tenant architecture with Row Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database level. This means other organizations using BuildTrack cannot access your data, and you cannot access theirs — this isolation is enforced technically, not just through app-level permissions.

As the platform provider, we retain the technical ability to access account data for maintenance, security, and support purposes — this is standard for any hosted software provider and is not unique to BuildTrack.

However, as a matter of policy:

• We do not access, view, or review your business data except when you explicitly request support and grant permission for that specific issue.
• We do not browse, use, or analyze client data for any purpose outside of providing and maintaining the service.
• If we need to access your account for a specific support request, we will only do so with your go-ahead for that instance, not as standing/ongoing access.

Your data is stored using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL), a third-party infrastructure provider. We rely on Supabase's security practices in addition to our own access controls (RLS, authentication) to protect your data.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If your trial or subscription ends, your data is not deleted — it remains stored and associated with your account, inaccessible through the app until you subscribe or renew. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, contact us and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Request access to or correction of your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to certain uses of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

We may update this policy as BuildTrack grows. We'll note the "last updated" date at the top when changes are made. Continued use of BuildTrack after changes means you accept the updated policy.
